i'm still here

Last update on January 22nd? WHAT? It's THAT long already?

Hmmm.. I haven't notice, really :)

Just drop by to say that I'm still alive and well. Quite busy with work, cut down some of my BJ classes here and there, enjoyed quality times with family and friends, yeah life's been great :). Talking 'bout BJ, I have no more BJs in SPK and Summit on Tuesdays and Sundays this quarter. They have rearranged the timetable in SPK due to major renovation works in the mini studio and thus affected my class. My Sunday slot? I dropped it cause I wanna spend some weekend time with the kids at home. Like what I did yesterday. Lepak kat rumah all day. Best giler uols :)

Nothing much to write actually. Just feel that old age is catching up lately. I found that I'll be panting like a donkey whenever I'm teaching BJ if I happenned to skip BJ classes for a week (or even just a few days) due to work/outstation. I didn't have any problem with maintaining my weight before. I never watch what I ate, not until now. Previously I can take rice like 4 to 5 times a day without worrying my weight. No joke peeps. Yes, I was nicked Slimer in my younger years and I'm proud of it (kinda weird for a gal isn't it?). Remember Ghost Busters? That green slimey monster which can eat anything, anywhere, anytime? I used to adopt that green slimey monster's eating habit when I was a teenager and still managed to represent the school in 200m and 400m run. Of course tak menang la, who am I kidding, compete with STK? Like hello, for me to be able to represent the school to district level pun dah kira gagah perkasa lah uolsss.. Ok, back to main story. Compared to my previous eating habit, now I have to refrain myself from enjoying too much rice or I'll ended looking like Jabba the Hut, sooner or later.

Jabba the Hut Jammin' on stage.. So not cool kan?

So, that's why I'm watching what I eat now. I'm not practising strict diet like some of my gigih friends. Really, I admire their spirit and their discipline when it comes to diet. Some into protein diet, some on no-rice-at-night diet, and some take up PT's help to get in shape (peeps, you know who you are lah kan, heheh). For me, I just try to make sure I eat at least 5-6 times a day, cheating the body to think that I'm feeding it constantly. Of course I do feed it constantly but with small-sized/small-portioned snacks. I still eat rice yo, haha. Kenot la. Hati perut Melayu kena makan nasik jugak.

But whatever it is, putting on weight does not hurt the pride and the eyes as much as getting out of shape. C'mon, I'm a BJ instructor, I have 3-4 classes per week. How can I have that spare tyre lah my friend? :p

Oh but I do have that spare tyre. And it's so hard to lose too. I think my bootie is losing it's shape too. I'm not that type of gal whose blessed with bootilicious rear, in actual fact I fall into the catagory of the opposite group. I have to do millions of squat to get tighter bum and now what I see in the mirror (when I check out myself in the long mirror at the gym) is that I'm equipped with two very poor kimpus looking padding. So not sexy woh. Aiya. Have to do more BP lah I guess.

Do I have to tell you guys about my flappy underarms as well? I think that's enough for now isn't it. Gosh, old age is really catching up with me. I don't feel sorry getting old but yeah, as what I've discussed with SC and yw2k, when you hit that age limit you'll feel the 'changes' eventually.

Till then folks. Cya in the next update :)
