Yeah.. You know it.. It's the birth of the latest Nike Rockstar Workout program, and this time it's Bollywood ya'ol,heheh.. I know, I was like 'Whattahell?' when I first heard about it. But I gotta put all my negative thoughts aside when it comes to Jamie King and man, god knows how I really luuuurrrrrvvvveee the way this guy dances. Today is the launch class for NRSW Bollywood in both SPK and TC, conducted by most respected NRSW Trainers (Melissa, Riyo & Leo) and humble fellow instructors (You Kok Hoe, Ken & me,ha-ha!). Check it out..*darn, I haven't memorise the warm-up choreo, chehhhh...*
