Problems?

A wise boss shared his wisdom last week in our division meeting. I can't be more agree with him on his principle in problem management. Lighten up and letting go could be the most effective way of managing your problem and your stress. Honestly :)

Problems will come and bug you anytime, mostly at times when you really don't want them. They can come in three distinguished forms; The One That Can Be Solved, The One That Will Be Solved On Its Own, The One That Can Never Be Solved.

Most of us have the capability to control the outcome of The One That Can Be Solved. Some of us can manage The One That Will Be Solved On Its Own. None of us can handle The One That Can Never Be Solved.

Problem management is very simple actually, if your really know how to handle it. You have TWO choices; to solve the problem or not.

It's perfectly okay if you choose to solve the problem if your problem is The One That Can Be Solved. It's quite mind boggling if you choose to solve the problem when you know that it's The One That Will Be Solved On Its Own. Of course, you can try to work it out but in the end the problem will be magically disentangled on its own. It's definitely a terrible mistake if you choose to solve a problem if you already knew that the one that you're facing is The One That Can Never Be Solved. No matter what you do, what you say, wherever you are or whenever you try to decipher it, it just won't crack.

Solution to these problems are very cystal actually. No joke :)
If it's The One That Can Be Solved, try to solve it. Work it out, find the solution and answer the riddle.

You know that your problem is The One That Will Be Solved On Its Own when you think you can figure the answer but you can't really tell how to get there. You try and try and try to decode it but you still ended up in nowhere land. Now what you can do is to STOP figuring the answer, sit back, relax and lighten up. Honestly. There's no point for you to keep on forcing your noodles to figure the solution. Sometimes letting go is THE answer of a certain problem. Once you let go by just a little bit, God will open the escape route that'll hugely help you finding your way out and voila, you solve your problem!

When you have done all of the above and still cannot decipher the puzzle, BEST LEAVE THE PROBLEM ALONE and move on with your life. It's a clear signature of The One That Can Never Be Solved problem. No matter what you do, you won't get the solution. What will you get, you ask. You must get something after all that hard effort in cracking the problem, right? Yes, you'll get something - HEADACHE, UNNECCESSARY STRESS, DISRUPTED PERSONAL & SOCIAL LIFE, LETHAGIC, TERRIBLE MOOD SWINGS, DISTORTED AND DISORIENTED MENTAL.

Not so nice things, eh?

Some of my collegues did say, 'Oh I wish managing problem and stress IS that easy'. But IT IS that easy. Deal with it one at a time, do not rush it all at one go. Do not set unrealistic goals of solving each problems you have. Be realistic and logic. We are no superman ok. Some problems are meant to be solved by God. Let God deal with it. We just do whatever we can do and enjoy our life to the fullest as long as we can. Never waste your time over problems that you cannot handle.

Ok peeps, enough ramblings for now. Gotta manage some of my 'problems' now, he-he!
